We got Pepper from a friend when he was 4 weeks old; his birthday is 29th March 2001.
When he was very young, he was ever so clingy and wanted attention all the time. As he grew bigger, he would bounce off the walls and scratch the wallpaper as he played.
He's quite a talker, and he knows what 'No!' and 'It's alright' mean. He'll look up at you and talk if he doesn't like his food, as if to say "What's this stuff? Where are my biscuits?"
He can be quite dog-like. When someone knocks the door he'll growl at it, pushing his face to the window! He also comes out walks with us and runs up trees, sticking to them like velcro. He has this little soft dog toy which is in a certain place and every time we go out then come back in this toy is always at the front door. I'm sure he gives it a right mauling, because he can't come out with us.
We love him so much!
